Mandatory Disclosure of Commission

As per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/ 168230/09, regarding the disclosure of commission earned by distributors, AviUrade Financial Services (ARN-300993) hereby discloses the details of commissions earned from various Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the distribution of Mutual Fund schemes.

1. Nature of Commission

We act as a Mutual Fund Distributor and earn a commission from the AMCs.

• No Entry Load: We do not charge any entry load or direct fee from the investor for onboarding or transaction facilitation.

• Trail Commission: We earn a "Trail Commission" on the Assets Under Management (AUM). This is a recurring commission paid by the AMC as long as the money remains invested. This commission is paid out of the expense ratio of the Mutual Fund scheme.

2. Commission Structure (Indicative)

The commission rates vary across different AMCs and scheme categories. The rates mentioned below are an approximate range of the Trail Commission we receive (on an annualized basis):

> Note: The rates mentioned above are inclusive of GST and subject to change periodically as per AMC policies.

3. Why do we earn this?

This commission compensates us for the services we provide, including:

• Facilitating your KYC and onboarding process.

• Analyzing your risk profile and suggesting suitable schemes.

• Providing platform support for tracking and managing your portfolio.

• Offering continuous service support (Statement of Accounts, Capital Gain Reports, etc.).

4. Detailed Disclosure

The above table gives a broad overview. If you wish to know the exact commission rate for a specific scheme or AMC, you can request a detailed scheme-wise commission structure from us via email.

5. Transaction Platform

We use AssetPlus as our technology partner to facilitate online transactions. The commissions are processed as per the arrangement with our partner platform in compliance with AMFI guidelines.
